Our custom built smoker is brought to your location and we slowly smoke a locally farmed pig.
5 Days Advance Notice - Smoking starts at your location in the evening or early morning to be ready for service.
*Please be advised that there is a mandatory minimum of $1,350.00 for the truck to be on site, and travel fees may apply. All orders must have a deposit 7 days prior to your event to lock in your date. Limit 1 meal per person provided all guests have eaten, supplies last, and are within our contractual service time.
